Card Condition Most cards are straight out of the pack, and have never been played! These are all listed as “Near Mint”. Obviously many of these cards will be in “Mint” condition, but we do not grade each individual card. Some Foil cards may have slight scratches on the face, from the initial processing and packaging of the product. Some of these cards may only be considered to be in “Excellent” condition, but will be listed as “Near Mint”, since many FOILs come straight out of the pack in this condition. We do buy singles now, and always check them to make sure they are still in what we consider to be “Near Mint” condition. I mention this mainly for collector’s who may be more particular about card condition, than the average player. With this in mind I am sure you will be more than happy with the quality of cards in your order! We do buy singles in order to keep all of the best cards in stock, but check them all, and send back any that we do not consider to be in “Near Mint” condition. All cards are in English. All Marvel Origins are listed as unlimited, but you may receive a 1st edition version. Payment We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and personal check (order will shipped after check clears) or money order. We only accept payment in US funds. Shipping We currently ship everything, well protected, through the United States Postal Service. They deliver Monday–Saturday, except on holidays. Once payment is received, we ship orders by the next business day! The following is a brief explanation of the shipping methods we use… United States First-Class (1-9 days) – Orders of less than 200 singles. Priority (1-3 days) Express (overnight-2 days) – This money-back guaranteed overnight - 2 day service includes tracking. Delivery to many destinations is available 365 days a year with no extra charge for Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery. Costly, but quick. All orders shipped outside the United States Airmail Letter-post (1-7 weeks) – Most inexpensive method for international shipping, and most orders are delivered within 2 weeks, but I have had orders take as long as 50 days to reach their destination. Global Express Mail (3-5 days) – This is the fastest and most reliable service I use for order shipped outside the US, but it is costly, and is not guaranteed in 3-5 days. I can not be responsible for any taxes, fees or duties on any orders shipped outside of the United States. We do not ship to the following locations, Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Burma, Burundi, Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen. Insurance Your order will be covered at no additional charge! If you do not receive your order please contact us. In the event that a claim needs to be filed, you will be required to fill out a claim form. The waiting time from the shipping date is 30 days in the US, and 45 days outside the US. Returns and Exchanges We do not offer returns or exchanges, however if you find that any single(s) are not in the condition they were listed please contact us. You may be required to return the item in question, but we will work to fix the problem!
